Event Contracts and Job Descriptions

Volunteer Job Descriptions

Volunteer jobs descriptions should specifically state what you are looking for in your volunteers, the types of volunteer jobs, the tasks that are involved with those jobs, the locations and times that the jobs take place at, and the dates. Finding the right people to do these jobs is very important. This paper is tailored to search for the perfect volunteers to help us during our wedding exposition.

Concession Confirmation and Set-up Requirements

Vendor contracts state the terms and conditions that must be agreed upon between both the vendor and the company. These contracts include fees, booth information, vendor expectations, general information about the event, contact information, the event purpose, and an event timeline for the vendors. This paper is tailored to vendors looking to reserve a booth at our wedding exposition. It covers the fees, when payment and booking fees are due, a general vendor timeline for the event, and general expectations for the vendors we book.

Entertainment Contract

Entertainment contracts should include terms and conditions for both the entertainer and the company. These contracts include the date, location, purpose, and time sets of the event. They also include all sound reinforcement that will be provided by the company and/or need to be provided by the entertainer. It also includes all payment procedures and payment amounts. These contracts must include a Force Majeure clause and address and liability issues. This paper is the entertainment contract we typed up between our company, Every Little Detail, and Monte Janssen of Wiser Productions.
