Event Description, Goals, and Objectives 

Event goals are the foundation of your event. You have to know what you want to accomplish by running the event. Everything is based off of your goals. Your objectives and tactics are set based off of what you want to accomplish by running the event. Goals are the basis for your success metrics too. You cannot deem an event successful if your event did not accomplish the goals that were set. This paper consists of the goals, objectives, tactics, and success metrics of our wedding exposition. 

Organizational Chart

An organizational chart helps various directors, committees, and volunteers know what they are in charge of and what tasks they have to accomplish. Everyone has someone to report to. Organizational charts help people clarify what they need to do and makes everything easier overall. This paper defines the leadership hierarchy and tasks each leadership role has to accomplish for our wedding exposition.
