Site Map
Site maps are diagrams of the general venue layout, all of the chairs, tables/booths, tents, parking information, bathrooms, elevators and escalators, emergency procedures, and accessibility for the physically challenged. Site maps can be color coated or numbered. Site maps should be detailed enough so that if emergency personnel needed to use it, they could. This paper is the final layout of our event which will be held at the Radisson Hotel located in downtown Kalamazoo. It goes into detail on where elevators and escalators are located, where each vendor's booth is located, where chairs are located, where bathrooms are located, where to park, and where entrances/exits are located.
